Who we are. VolKong is a performance marketing agency based in Bengaluru, India. You can reach us at hemanth@thegrowthfina.com.
What we collect. When you apply for a strategy call we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, website or Instagram link, industry, country, revenue and ad spend ranges, what you sell, your biggest problem, whether you are the decision-maker, when you want to start, your WhatsApp number, your email and who referred you. We also record which page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
Why. To review your application, to contact you about a strategy call, and to measure which of our own ads and posts bring the right people to this site.
Cookies and tracking. This site may use the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API and Google tags to measure visits and form submissions. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
Who we share it with. Your application is emailed to us and stored privately on our server. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone outside VolKong, except the tools above that process it on our behalf.
How long. We keep applications for as long as we need them to follow up, and delete them on request.
Your rights. Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
Changes. If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
